After a day of prayer and fasting by the team and with due consideration to current events, our answer is a resounding “yes;” we are very eager to go. Of course, we will heed possible future alerts by the U.S. State Department and alter plans accordingly.
Between now and December 26, the date of our departure, please pray that we continually seek God’s guidance and wisdom about our planned travel. While we are there, please pray for our health, safety and ministry’s effectiveness. After we return on January 10, pray continually for the staff of Good Shepherd as they labor in their unending outreach to the poor and hurting.
